Processing and production time

If the order is not on a pre-order basis, I attempt to ship every Monday.

BeautyoftheBass Creations is ran by a single person, and your item may need to be made-to-order, as I do not always hold stock of every item on the website.

If there is a significant delay regarding your order, I will notify you using the email provided on your checkout. If you require an item for a certain date, please contact me at beautyofthebass.creations@gmail.com
I will do my best to facilitate your request, but please bare in mind it may not be possible.

All orders are sent using a tracked service. This is far easier for everyone involved, and it is there to protect both parties.

Please contact me at beautyofthebass.creations@gmail.com before placing an order, if you have specific shipping requirements or requests.

 

Returns

You have a 14 day window in which you can decide to return your purchase.

All returns must be returned in the same condition they arrived. It must be unused.
If the item was damaged when it arrived, you must show this damage ASAP to beautyofthebass.creations@gmail.com .
If you have received the wrong item, we may replace the item free of charge, or request the item back depending on value.

Refunds processed on our payment system take 3-5 working days to process. This may be slightly longer if you paid internationally.

The customer is responsible for paying any return postage on the item. Please use a tracked service when sending anything back.

If an item is returned by postal services because a customer did not collect it from a depot in time, or gave an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will refund you for the full cost of the item but not the postage costs. If you would still like the item(s) returned to the sender this way, you will need to place a new order.

 

UK Orders 

UK mainland orders are shipped by Royal Mail tracked 24 by default. If your order appears to be lost, please contact me at beautyofthebass.creations@gmail.com

International Orders

International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International tracked. However, currently delivery times are varied between different countries. At the time of writing delivery estimates are as follows:

• Europe: 3-5 business days

• USA: 6-7 business days

• Rest of the world: Enquire about options

Customs and import taxes

Buys are responsible for any and all fees that may be charged as a result of customs and import fees. USA customers may be charged tariff rates, I am currently unsure of what those are as they constantly appear to be changing.

My liability does not extend to the postal service and their handling of goods.

Please be aware with international orders that global current events (such as the covid-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict, US conflict and any natural disasters that may occur at time of ordering) can cause delays and drastically affect delivery times. If you are an international customer please wait at least 4 weeks from the dispatch date before contacting us about an order not arriving.
